Lady at the front counter was very uplifting, polite, and helpful. Need more customer service like this in the world. Definitely a happy customer and will continue getting extra when I need a storage unit. Oh and above all I would definitely give her a pay raise and do everything in your power to keep her on your team she's absolutely amazing and made my and my family's day... Thanks again for the superb service!!!

Very clean, easy access and when I had an issue accessing my unit Jarred quickly solved the issue. The prices are affordable as well, especially when compared to others' in the area.

We’ve kept our personal belongings safely in storage for 8 months without any issue! Jarred kindly worked with us to maintain a reasonable rate after we decided to extend our unit for another 10 months. Clean and safe, exactly what we were looking for. Thanks Jarred!

My review is still 5 stars, but I do recommend you commit to a fixed number of months if you know you’ll park your belongings for a long periods of time. If you go month-to-month, there’s no guarantee that the company will maintain your rate, you may be subject to a significant rate increase.
