Extra Space Storage

Other-worldly service. I was shocked at how intentional and above and beyond the service was. I had a few unique questions and situations that arose and I called in, expecting a rigid, policy-driven, pragmatic, heartless staff like I would encounter with an internet or phone company. However, I was met by service so accommodating and helpful that I was left wondering, 'Why are these people so good to me? They just manage storage units.' It's like they actually love doing their job--which is apparently not just renting out space, holding policies, and taking money--but taking care of people and their storage and logistical needs. Thank you so much Shanesa and Noe. I had so much going on and you were not only helpful, but a comfort and stress-relief that helped me have more faith in humanity. 8/5 stars.

The young lady that took care of me was awesome she would call me and keep me updated on the status of my move in status...she needs a raise her customer service skills are top notch thank you shaneese ( sorry if i butchered your name)

Great staff. Chaneisa had answers to All my questions. Move and move out was seamless. Unit was clean. Will use again if needed.
