Recently the ownership/business name changed. I was set up on autopayments to go straight to my card. This month the payment didn't go through and I received a letter with a late fee and some absurd charges. Checked with my bank, no issues, should've gone through. There were no changes to my information, card, payment or otherwise. Walked in to correct it and they had to go to 'corporate' to waive the fees. The previous company called me the day of or by next day if there was an issue. This company came back to tell me they would not waive any fees. After reading the many bad reviews for this corporate company, I will move my storage to another business. Who knows what the fee will be next month here since they change their fees often...Good riddance. Be wary in you're looking to do business with them.
