Very helpful. Very nice attentive customer service.

Their customer service is the worst, they cut my lock without my consent. They think they have the right if you purchase one from their facility. They charged me in advance for my unit without my consent. I Never signed up for automatic payments ! Also they charged me for a second lock and mailed the keys to the wrong address ! I told them I never received the keys and I don’t have access to the storage my unit, I politely asked the front desk to cut the lock for me and she refused to come out, then she asked me to scheduled an appointment. She also threatening to call the police and terminate my rental agreement if I cut the lock on my own!
They are rude and unprofessional, if you are reading save your time and look somewhere else.
