Very friendly staff and nice clean business. They had availability right away for me. Extreme easy to signup for RV or boat storage.

Don’t be fooled by the good rating or the cheap but FAKE advertised web rate. The rate is not the REAL rate and will double in 3 months like a clock. Rented two units and both of them got the rate increase. Called the management and was told that there is no room for negotiation. Now I need to move all my items out due to the unacceptable rate. Search extra space storage on Reddit to learn more about their unethical business model. If you don’t have much to store, rent for 3 months and find somewhere else. If you got a lot of stuff, save yourself big time and trouble to find a honest rental unit elsewhere.
