Can’t say enough how pleasant and professional my check in experience was today. Ana greeted me with a smile, explained all the details concerning the unit rental, and walked me to the unit itself to get started. I arrived one day earlier than the contracted checkin and she changed my start date so I could start using the unit right away. Excellent customer service by the staff and looking forward to my rental time with this Extra Space location!
