Extra Space Storage

The employees were very welcoming. Shawn was especially knowledgeable and friendly. Very clean storage facility !! But elevators are not working and I can't get into my storage because there's no door or gate open after 6pm. Now is Sunday and I need to get something from storage and it's closed. Then a 5, now a 3.

Oh yes extra space storage is great as long as you don't want access to your belongings because some idiot hit the gate and extra space is to cheap to have it fixed they lock you out from your belongings if you're looking for storage I advise some where else because these people care NOTHING about their customers. As a veteran I ask all patriots to avoid this place like the plague. We are supposed to have access until 10pm but they put up a gate and locked everyone out. I received no email or text telling me they were locking us out they just did it with no concerns for their customers needs at all. There's a deaf gentleman out here furious because he can't get to what he uses to sleep every night I'm sure the ACLU will love to hear about that. Not to mention the other 200 people who've been locked out from their belongings. Yes I advise you find a better storage place than here.

Jeff + Teresa were both so nice, informational and helpful! Jeff answered all of my questions over the phone making me feel comfortable about the choice I was making. Then when I came in to look at the unit, Teresa was such a gem showing me around and telling me about their security measures. Had such a lovely experience that I had to give them both a hug. Thanks guys!
