I’ve had a great experience with Extra Space Storage on Ahua Street! The facility is clean, secure, and well-maintained. Josh is always friendly and helpful, making the process smooth and hassle-free. Highly recommend for anyone in need of storage!

The manager at Extra Space Storage was helpful and kind! It was easy to rent a storage unit and get in and out!

Let me first start by saying I normally do not write reviews but I was extremely happy with my customer service so I had to let people know.
Joshua, the store manager, is a complete gem! I had a pretty tight dead line I was working with. I was dealing with temporarily leaving island and having my household goods shipped with an airline cargo service. I also had to clear out my storage unit on the same day as the delivery. The goods needed to be palletized, wrapped and air billed for inspection the night before then delivered early a.m. the very next day. I really needed everything to be perfect. Joshua went above and beyond, staying after hours, to ensure that I got loaded and cleared from my unit with 0 issues. He definitely did not have to do so but he did. ExtraSpace if you’re listening, this is definitely a guy you need to promote. His attitude and attention to detail should be the standard.
