Well run. Clean and friendly, helpful staff. Karen was great with our recent move. Only complaint is the pricing. It starts with a great discount rate that expires after 3-6 months and is followed by regular and significant price raises every few months. If you are thinking of long term storage here, be prepared to see the costs go up and up.

After about four months, I was notified that my rate was going to nearly double. That’s apparently their business model: advertise a low price, then once you move a bunch of stuff in, jack your rate way up, because most people will keep paying instead of dealing with the hassle of moving everything somewhere else. I could almost understand doing that after a year (storage lockers are generally not a permanent thing, after all), but after only four months?!

Just give me a fair initial rate that goes up slowly with inflation. No games!

Wonderful experience here. The people are nice and friendly. The storage was clean and well maintained
