Extra Space Storage

This was the first time I ever needed to use a storage facility. My experience with Extra Space was super. There was great communication with the manager from the the beginning. I ended up needing the unit for a longer time than expected and everything was very smooth. I will use them again if the need arises.

Great place the people that works on there they are really nice

The rental process was simple and smooth. I liked picking the unit location. Pricing was affordable. The facility is clean and well maintained.

** update 1/27/2025** I re rented from facility,, and 3 months later I get a postcard noting price increase. Crummy part is the card was small and usps mashed it up, got delayed - so I got card 10 days before increase and no email about change.
So online pricing only seems to last for 3months- but that noted anywhere that I found.

Cons- *the sells trick to get you to do autopayment is not true- its not required.
*call facility to see what lock type used, web say disk or cylinder best, but wont tell you for facility your looking into
* take proof of own insurance, because they dont prorate fees
* move in cost not correct online, it said $24 for admin, but was actually first month plus lock fee on top of that
