More updates: beware of the constant rate increases. I’ve been there for about two years and it increased from under $200 to $340 which is over 50%. I was told I should’ve just gotten a contract but considering there’s only one person on hand at all times and zero improvement to the service, this is unacceptable regardless of contract or not.

I should’ve posted this review earlier but I had my unit broken into 6 months ago. The manager was very flippant and at the time the security cameras were “sabotaged” due to the transfer of ownership. I spoke with other tenants and they have experienced similar break ins as well; management treated them poorly as well.

I would not recommend because the most basic aspect of having indoor storage is the implied level of higher security which they are clearly failing at.

Edit: this is now a stor quest.
