Extra Space Storage

I am a very disgruntled customer because three months after moving into a storage unit and signing my contract they double the price of my unit because the market price went up but when I checked online they had the same size unit for the same price. I don’t understand how they can double the price and when I call to figure out what’s goin on and if they can help they keep my on hold for hours
