If you are a small business, do not rent from them they do not support your small business. They only support their profit. Explain to them upfront about the business procedures and how we run. We were never late on payment. The first time we were late Storage was locked with no contactbusiness started slowing down due to the winter storage was locked and they refused to let us get out some merchandise so we can make the payment we talked to them about making the payment set up. They turned around and charged almost a $80 late fee. Rent from any other storage facility in the area but this one all they want is your money they’re overpriced. Storage units are not worth it.
