Extra Space Storage

I have used Extra Space Storage in the past and was saddened when they had been sold to another company. But I’m back again. This company takes the time to get to know their clients and what they need and want. The true art of customer service is rare these days and Melissa the manager shows how much she cares about the customers and who we are as people.

My Father worked as a weekend manager at a storage facility like this and I used to enjoy hearing him talk about his customers. He used to say that without the customers there is no business and to treat them as you wanted to be treated. This company has that quality.

The inside of the business is clean and everything is very well marked so you don’t have any issues when getting to your unit.

I hope if you’re considering a storage facility that you choose this one. From security, to cleanliness and cart availability, you won’t be disappointed.

Very unhappy with the lack of information about the rise in price. I was under the impression my price would not change, as was told to me by a representative. I did ask specifically if this would happen because the previous storage did the same thing. 75% increase, 75%! A street value tax or something I was told. I'll be getting my stuff out ASAP. Be warned prices are subject to change.

I just wanted to take a moment to praise my experience at Extra Space Storage! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by how clean and well-maintained the facility was—I’ve seen hospitals that aren’t this spotless. Huge thanks to Melissa for her fantastic assistance; she made everything easy and stress-free. And while I didn’t work with Paige as much, the times I did, she was super helpful and just as great!

Now, if only my rent didn’t grow faster than my storage needs, this would be absolute perfection. But all jokes aside, I highly recommend Extra Space Storage to anyone looking for a secure, well-kept, and customer-friendly storage option.
