Ann, one of the managers at this location, has a horrible attitude. My storage unit was switched from public storage to extra space storage. I never got any notification or correspondence about it. The only reason I found out about this was today when I called public storage to see why I no longer have an online account. Ann told me that they notified me through email, but that email was about a balance and because I didn’t know I was now with extra space, I didn’t look at the email until today. This is so unfair to me and then dealing with someone with a nasty attitude only makes my view on this company even worse. I would not recommend at all.

Very knowledgeable on a transition from moving from one company to another. Very polite extra patience showing you how to set up the app.

Updating to add my thoughts on Extra Space Storage on Oporto Madrid. Jeff helped me get set up and it was quick and easy! Looks like more of the same great service here.
