Not only did he give me a tour of the facility he showed me how to utilize the digital lock and recommended that I do to be sure I knew how to gain access into my unit just in case I come after the office has closed. Joe was extremely helpful. We were going to move to a 5x15 from our already 10x10 for the sake of raising our rent. However it seems it would be in our best interest to simply stay, Joe really helping us out getting us locked in. Thank you Joe for showing great customer support & service.

We started our rental process with Julie, but also wanted to compare services and locations with other companies. We decided that Extra Space storage was the best fit and location for us. We finalized our rental the next day with Yvette. Yvette was very helpful and knowledgeable about everything associated with extra space. She made the process easy and pleasant . The facility is clean, bright airy and very accessible we will have ample time to move in unlike other places that don't open until 8 AM and closes at 6 PM.. We are happy that we chose Extra Space
