I had the smoothest move in process all thanks to Sheila! She was patient, kind and answered all my questions with no hesitation. The property is spotless with cameras everywhere — most definitely recommend it! ?

drove up today only to find out they changed their hours without notice from
8am - 7pm weekdays
and 10am to 4pm weekends

this is absolutely unacceptable as the contract I signed said I would have access to my unit up to 10pm. The pricing was the only reason I took this unit but it's definitely not that great of a deal now. the elevator gets jammed pretty frequently too. Avoid even if they have low prices!!

Extra space storage has an extremely helpful, outgoing, and informative employee, Jeff. Jeff helped me move into my new storage space. He was crystal clear with the terms and agreements. Reviewing the contract in detail and made it easy to understand. Not only was the staff extremely helpful, the facility is clean, well maintained, and secure. 10/10 will recommend this establishment.

Sheila was so helpful when I was moving in. Property is so clean and quiet , as a woman I feel safe To pick up or drop off anything at my storage.I feel so secure, knowing that she’s watching over the property

I have a unit at this place and everyone has very good attitude very friendly and helpful.
In my experience JEFF was over the top helpful. He followed thru the day he said he would and was able to maintain a very competitive price for me!!
Jeff is amazing and takes pride in what he does.
