Received outstanding assistance from Denise

Feb 7th they emailed me saying there was a fire and I wasn’t allowed to go into the building where my unit is. Weeks later they still can’t allow us to go into the building. I’m calling the fire department & they have no record of a fire there. I need a lawyer ASAP

0 STARS. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE PLACE. HAD MY STORAGE BROKEN INTO LAST MONTH ALONG WITH 2-3 INDIVIDUALS UNITS AT THE SAME TIME. THEY WONT NOTIFY YOU IF SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY IS HAPPENING. IF YOU HAVE STUFF AT THIS LOCATION PLEASE TAKE THIS AS A WARNING TO MOVE OUT IMMEDIATELY OR CONSIDER A DIFFERENT COMPANY FOR YOUR BELONGINGS !!!!!

They were wonderful!! Elise and Denise I believe their names were and they were the most helpful! I couldn’t get the unit to lock and one of them came up there out of their way in time and show us how to lock and unlock it very easily. I highly recommend using this storage unit facility because of the customer service and the friendly faces. Thank you again girls. I wish you would let us buy you lunch. Xoxo
