Absolutely HORRIBLE storage experience. My mom had been storing there for over 2 years & 10/31/2024, we went to her unit to find it over locked. When we went up to the office, they told us that they assumed we moved out because it was empty. It wasn’t, guys. We were broken into; all my mom’s things are gone. But the office did not even ATTEMPT to call and ask my mom if she had moved out (which she didn’t). Now it’s a big mess, because everything is missing. We have to make a police report, and then file a claim, and it just really makes me question extra space as a whole. They claim to have wide drive aisles, well lit facilities and cameras for security. Well what good is that, if my mom’s belongings were able to be stolen???

BUYER BEWARE!!! Your agreed monthly payment is only good for 3 payments, then they send you a letter in the mail that your rate is doubling effective immediately. I called to ask why, they said it's in the fine print in the contract. I asked to speak to the representative who helped with the unit rental and they suggested that no one ever helped me. Somehow I got my own contract and key to the unit.
