Beautifully clean facility with top-notch security measures in place. Secure loading dock area, and extremely clean interior passageways and storage units. Impeccable. Monica in the front office was friendly and so helpful, and took time to explain the features of the building and parking to me. Reasonable pricing and strong confidence in the safe location AND security of the units. Highly recommend.

This business has terrible practices. My rent just went up 38 percent! I’ve only had the unit for a small time. Just a few months. It was not an introductory price either and I’ve read others having gone through this as well. I will be moving my things before they charge even more. I was not even notified! I would steer clear of this place they are thieves. I also double checked and the rents are listed the same as when I rented so this is not an increase due to demand. There are plenty of empty units as well. This is a bait and switch move hoping it will be too difficult for you to move your things and you will just pay the money. Horrible. Word of advice, search Reddit reviews before renting with this company. I wish I had. Also some additional facts after doing some more research: “Extra Space Storage has been involved in multiple lawsuits, including class action suits over bait-and-switch pricing, selling stored items, and using TikTok to track users”!
