Terrible, my storage unit has water links, water bugs and bird feathers (?). I sent them a letter Dec. 2024 and I also phoned them the same day regarding such issues. There is a sign on the building and a flag in the ground stating ' first month free' which I was not offered. I had to pay 4 months in advance. That means that no matter what. I truly believe that San Ramon CA office has color issues because 1) I have not seen any black people 2) And Everytime I am in my storage unit they stop by. You would think that after the first time they see me in the unit that they would just keep on going. Mind you, it is the same person. That same person stopped by after I had phoned and wrote their office that would be something that they had mentioned but NO! I had to bring it up. Then she was ready to leave. Their office hasn't phoned my back yet but they have sent me a ' payment due' email and text message regarding a higher payment due. In my letter and phone call, I mentioned that I would be out BY 2/4/25. I hope that they do not try to lock me out because I should be allowed the full day to move out. I am disabled and I have a hernia which means that I am not supposed to move heavy/nor any items really by myself and being that I had to pay 4 months in advance. I am untitled to the 'full 4 months'. My message is 'DO BETTER!! Rent better!!
