My name is Jacob, and I would like to express my gratitude for the exceptional service my wife and I received from one of your customer services representatives, Deva on December 23, 2024 at the San Pablo location.

We know how easy it is for people to complain when they're not happy with service, but it's rare to compliment excellent service when they receive it; so with that being said we would be remiss to not take the time to notify Extra Space Storage of the Excellent Customer Service we received from Deva. She definitely displayed the gold standard of what customer service should be. Not only was she patient in answering all of our questions, but she was exemplary in all areas - (Friendly, Attentive, Patience and Professional).

She provided us with excellent customer service and appeared to be sincere in wanting to assist us in renting a storage space.

It would be nice if more businesses had representatives that worked in their customer service departments to be as professional and kind as Deva was. She definitely represents the Extra Storage Space Company in a good light and should be commended.

Once again, all the carts are gone. They might need to be tagged or something. I’ve checked 3 different buildings and no one is here. Very annoying to have to make 3 trips to my unit because people keep stealing the carts.

Deva has a great personality and great customer service.
