Extra Space Storage

I needed a storage room last minute and called Becky right before she was leaving for the day. I wasn’t able to make it there in time to speak with her in person, but Becky provided me with all of the information I needed to access the unit. She even followed up with me to make sure everything went well with my storage unit.

I used Extra Space Storage on Martin Ave for about 7 months to store some items after we helped family move across the country. The price was reasonable, the drive up units were so convenient, the facility was secure, and Becky in the office was SO HELPFUL. I'd definitely use the facility again if I needed to.

Everyone (Kereka, Kristin, Jean Marie, and Mark) who assisted in determining which unit size and location would be best for our family’s needs were professional and friendly, especially in their forthcoming descriptions! I’m delighted to post this 5-star feedback!

Many storage options here, but they had the best offer & ideal location for me. But what kept my stuff here for 3 years was Becky, the local manager. I needed a bigger space & she made it easy for that transition. She also helped when HQ made an unfair leap in my rent. Like all storage companies they do lure you with a cheap rate, and steadily increase.
