Was surprised when the monthly cost nearly doubled after only 3 months. We ended up closing our unit because we no longer needed the storage but if we had continued to need storage, we would have sought out a more affordable option.

Most of the time moving can be a bit traumatic. This was the case for my most recent move. When I arrived at the Rhonert Park Extra Space Storage facility, prior to my move, I was quite stressed and dreading the chaos of packing, renting a van, finding moving help...sigh. Right when I walked into the office I was greeted with an enthusiastic and welcoming, 'Hello!' from the manager, Becky. She explained the how the facility worked and got me all set up in a unit. It was easy and a relief to have a destination in place for all my stuff. When I brought my final load, she offered to help unload everything. So far this has been a good experience and now I can focus on settling into my new surroundings.
