Very clean. Nice staff.

The lady that stays there and works there is great.

However, my rate went up (DOUBLED) after 3 months. There was no indication that it was an introductory rate. Very deceptive practice. If there was any indication it was not made explicit enough.

Thankfully I only had a little to move out. Won’t be using Extra Space ever again.

Amy was always super great at customer service she always greeted me a smile and I will miss her. The man Vikas was great with helping me moving out. They are just great people to have meet. I would recommend the storage place to anyone needing more storage
