OMG! James, from Extra Space Storage is absolutely amazing. He is professional, courteous, kind, and helpful. That man deserves a promotion!

I recently (November 2024) rented a unit and in Jan got a notification of a pricing increase for over 80 dollars! I told James that I would need to cancel my unit because the new price was out of my budget.

James was able to save me some money. He even remembered to called me to take my payment on the day I asked!
