If you can, choose another place. My first unit leaked in the rain. I had to move my belongings to another unit. Also, Extra storage likes to get you in with a low startup cost. Once they get you all moved in the rate increases keep coming. Over 100% increase was crazy. I finally said I i’m out. No more rent increase for me.
