Exceptional customer service, I arranged a storage space from long distance and the staff (Brian) was especially helpful and communicative, when the initial unit was not big enough for what i needed to store he was proactive in finding solutions and keeping me and my delivery person informed along the way. Like the easy access with large freight elevator, the carts available for moving belongings & clean, climate-controlled, secure space. The staff at the Folsom-Auburn Road location have always been very customer-oriented and provided a good customer experience

I came in today to ask Sean the manager for help with my unit and not only did he fix my issue but he also went above and beyond and also found me a better rate!
