Extra Space Storage

I recently rented a storage unit at Extra Space Storage in Enfield, and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the store manager, who was incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout the entire process. It was my very first time renting a unit, and she made the process very easy to navigate.

Would recommend you need storage this is the place. Kai the manager was so great to me and kind. I would differently ask for her for her help

I wanted to share my experience today with the Enfield Ct extra space storage vacility on South Rd. I happen to catch the manager Kia on her lunch break but it didn't matter, she was so accommodating to what I needed to find out! She was inviting and informative on what was available and best suited for my needs. She went above and beyond to accommodate me, I even suggested I would be happen to return after her break but it didn't bother her to take care of my needs and questions. We took care of the rental, got me situated and explained to me what I needed to know, friendly, and was a pleasure to work with. Im so glad she runs this place the way she does. Makes these situations and times easier to deal with. A++
