Extra Space Storage

I'm not one to typically leave reviews but my experience with Alina today was so needed.
Dealing with the loss of someone and what to do with their belongings can be quite devastating.
Alina is a very kind and understanding person who went beyond helping me patiently through the entire process.
I truly feel blessed just to have interacted with her during this time thank you for the wonderful customer service.

Place is affordable, clean, and the customer service is great Alina was able to answer all my questions would give more stars if I could

I recently won a storage unit on auction, this is my first time. The employee Alina was excellent, super knowledgeable, very polite and knew her way around the storage unit. She even grabbed a cart for me so I wouldn’t have to carry the boxes to my car. I would highly recommend extra space storage .

It was a great experience. Alina was professional, courteous and friendly.
She found us exactly what we needed.
She took the time to walk us through the unit we are renting to the front loading doors/dock.
She explained the contract very clearly and went through it twice.
She couldn’t have been more pleasant.
Great experience.
