Extra Space Storage

If I could give a zero rating I would. I have had other storage units without a problem for years. This place is dirty and not maintained. They raised the price by half in 4 months without notifying me by mail as advertised so beware of the good initial price. They then left me a voicemail saying my unit was halfway open. When I asked them to review the cameras they said no, there had not been evidence of a break in because there were no metal shavings on the floor. I left with my belongings. This is the worst storage space center I have ever used and that includes other countries.

I have been storing my things at this extra space storage location for around 6 months now on a month by month basis (no annual lease or contract) and my monthly bill just rose from $28 to $68 because apparently that is something that they can do when you don’t sign a year long lease or lock in your price by paying at least 6 months up front. The possibility of this happening not made aware to me or brought to my attention when I signed the initial lease agreement, nor was the offer given to me to lock in my current price with a forward payment. I was notified of this change by mail and not by text or in my app, even though I receive other alerts over text and in the app. Very sneaky of you, extra storage space ?

Excellent service great customer support these guys are awesome. I have my car sitting here for about eight months now and it looks amazing.
