Computer system doesn’t work well. I wasn’t able to access the website through out the time of having a unit. They never updated address / correct phone numbers regardless of attempts to fix in person. Combined with regular life situations no type of special circumstance while having a newborn and being on my own between jobs. I moved everything by myself with a toddler & First time having storage unit. I’m an honest person; My belongings were worth more than the $70 monthly payment & buying food was the priority while relocating…. so without any kind of understanding I feel it was a scam contract. They locked the unit & waited for someone to buy my belongings prior to the account being delinquent. I was told they attempted to contact me, however… I came in frequently just to show face to say hello.. I was going through life.. basically a please don’t sell my things until I’m getting things figured out gesture. I recently asked for pictures & contract to follow up legally.

Great space very safe location and affordable pricing. The store manager Serenela is FANTASTIC! She is always friendly and helpful every time I stop in or call. I highly recommend this is facility for all your storage needs. Very clean and easy access 24/7.
