Extra Space Storage

Very clean facility. Feels secure. Cost effective. Staff friendly, helpful, and informative.

Did not receive gate code and nobody answered the 3 phone numbers I had for help including the emergency number!! I understand it was thanksgiving day but help can be needed ANYTIME!! Luckily a Good Samaritan helped me out after showing my proof of reservation and confirmation.

Update 12-05-24: after being contacted by the facility manager, certain things were corrected. For sure Thanksgiving did complicate things in my case but still. I wish to warn Canadian snowbirds that the Extra Space Storage web site is NOT Canadian friendly! You can't enter a Canadian address in the online contract and you can't use a Canadian credit card because again, you can't associate your Canadian billing address to the contract. You must have a STATE and a ZIP CODE. As if in this time of age that would be a big deal to fix! Hence the 4 stars. Lucky for me I have a sister that resides in the US and I was able to 'borrow' her info.

I must add though that this facility is SUPER CLEAN!! The whole place is spotless. Parking our 50' rig was fairly easy and straightforward. Lots of room to maneuver and exiting will be easy at the end of march. It's basically a pull through parking.

Service was very professional I am pleased with the storage facility and feel safety . For my belongings as I travel a lot.
