Extra Space Storage

My abusive act kept breaking into my unit and I asked them for help. They said that if they saw him on the property again that they would trespass him. I called them and let them know that he was in my unit because he called me telling me that he had gotten in, locked himself in and to come get him. I trusted these people to get him out and trespass him. They tried to raise my rate, but then also gave me 3 days to get all of my things out. Hes abusive, he harasses me and i thought these people understood that. They never trespassed him, they are just going to give me three days to get all my stuff that i have from my mom, who died 2 years ago after i took care of her for 5 years. Theyre heartless liars. My recommendation is to never do business with them. They lie and do not support abused women trying to escape their stalkers.

The staff is fast, friendly, and helpful

So I rented a 5 by 15 after Milton because my house was destroyed. Cost was less then 40 told I had to purchase insurance a other 20 bucks. Had no place to live missed November payment. Charged late fee and 120 fee for getting a lean against the unit. Was told I had to pay the complete payment. Finally paid 330 dollars to get my stuff out the beginning of February.
