Always accommodating and very helpful. This is the only storage unit in Rockledge that I would use.

To be honest I was ready to take my business somewhere else just after 2 weeks. I was not digging my experience there at all. Shane Yandow reached out to me asking for a review. I told him I would … but he would not like it. He immediately wanted to know what was wrong and what he could do to make it right. After a short conversation he apologized for what happened and asked would I be willing to let him fix it. I agreed but had my doubts. To my surprise in less than 24 hours he had surpassed my expectations. Shane is a man of his word and got after this issue like he was killing snakes. Thank you sir for turning things around. You are a credit to Extra Space Storage and they should be grateful to have you on their team!

Space clean. Don't like that you have to spend 20$ to buy a lock from them and have to pay an additional 11$ monthly for insurance when it's not necessary for the contents being stored. They should have an opt out instead of gouging for the unnecessary insurance. There is also very little room to move through the lanes to get to your space due to trailers parked in the lanes. If another vehicle is present between the gate and your unit, you might as well settle in because you will be waiting a while for access and it will be at the vehicle owner's own time. Maybe they'll move quickly but my experience that has not been the case. But the unit was clean. Have not dealt with management as I did the online process. That was easy
