This facility is super clean and spotless. The Jamaican woman who helped me was amazing, and so helpful.

Future renters - BEWARE! Please beware of the scams pulled by this storage unit - specifically the manager, Jose. When renting this unit, Jose let me know of the 'special pricing' that I would receive for the first 4 months. He then told me the rates would increase after 4 months, but if I would leave him a good review and then call him after the initial 4 months, he would adjust my rates back down to the promotional rates. I called multiple times after the 4-month period once my rates increased by double, but wasn't able to get ahold of anyone. I made a trip in to speak with Jose directly and then he proceeded to tell me that I was already paying less than market rate, even though they have listings posted online that are less. My warning is to new tenants - don't expect a rate adjustment or discount after the 4 months. Jose simply wants a good review the day you move in. This company is dishonest and they should not be making false claims about future rate discounts if they cannot honor them, simply for the sake of earning a 5 star review. I've also lived and rented storage units in NYC for far less than what this place is charging.
