Extra Space Storage

I had originally rated this facility 5 stars but now I have to edit this to the current conditions. I rented a unit a few months ago, maybe June or July. I loved the great price and the location. I do still like my space and price BUT after the storm they had some flooding. Luckily my unit was hi and dry. Now they have a company there to clean up the damaged units. I usually come daily to retrieve items or add items to my unit as I prepare for a move to Jax. One of the clean up workers has the nerve to ask me how many more trips I had to do!!! What?!?! I’m paying to utilize this unit and will make as many trips as I need or want to in order to make my move. How dare them question how many more trips I had to make to my unit. (I only come once every other day if that). How dare him act like I’m an inconvenience on them when they are the inconvenience on ME!! What nerve!! This was NOT an employee of Extra Space but an employee of the damage restoration company. Also, my unit is on the back corner of the facility and is no where near where the work is being done!! I do have to drive past the check in and past where they are working but in no way does it interfere with the work being done. I’m livid. I really am. What nerve to question how many trips I had to make to MY unit that I am paying rent on!!! I should have stayed at Public Storage had I known they would handle things like this. I had planned to keep this unit for two years while I was in Jacksonville for work but now I think I’ll just move my belongings elsewhere. This won’t work. Being talked to like I’m an inconvenience on them when they should be apologizing to ME which has yet to happen a single time!! Photos of this shitshow to come!
