Easy quick plenty helpful. The only thing i can say took away from the experience so far is that Sunday night at 6 pm the elevators were not working for some reason. No sign posted when I asked the office lady the following week she thought it was unusual also but left a note under my account in the computer for the manager but i never heard back or got an explanation. Which could just be a fluke, however I was told during the day the first building doors would opening automatically and it says so on the door also that the restrooms would be available however whom ever opened the place this day did not so I had to punch in each time i entered the building. On that same trip I needed to use the facilities finding the restrooms women's locked as it was the night before on the 2nd floor I buzzed intercom and was told their is some on the first floor. Which I knew I wasn't going to make it to. So I tried the men's room and it was open. I did hear the man I intercommed come up and unlock restrooms for woman's but still not the automatic door I found when I came down for another trip. So between being delayed moving which was a huge impact and inconvenience and the fact that opening doors is a great selling point only when they do so however.

We are so satisfied with our storage unit. This facility is immaculate, easy to excess. The attendant the day I rented our unit was so informative and helpful by showing me the different units and location, so we could get a unit that was convenient and met our needs.
