This storage facility has been sold 2 times in 1 year. One month after acquiring a unit, they went up$30 on my unit. I didn't receive any information, but noticed it on my bank app. Then 1 year later they went up another $30 , again with no notice. Both times they said they mailed a notice, but I never received. My unit also had spiders inside during the summer. I assume that they were not spraying outside to prevent them from entering. I don't recommend this facility and am moving my items out. *They did refund the uncharge the 2nd time.

S/O to Ms. Debra for helping me in a quick and professional manner. She is an exceptional addition to the team. I hope to get her to help me out every time.
Facility is very nice and clean and has alot of space very efficient.
