Extra Space Storage

The staff here is awesome! When I was in a really tight spot, they helped me add an additional unit on to my account, pretty much last minute, and it saved my bacon. They helped me figure out the just how much extra space I needed, since I was sleep addled and on a ridiculous timeline. The unit was clean and both ladies have helped me immensely to time out my move in and move out and readjust my billing cycles when too many bills lined up at once. They take the best care of the property (as the folks in the office) that they can. This would be a 5 star review, but it seems like the owner of the property doesn’t call in the repairs quick enough, and unfortunately things like the exit gate keep breaking. The customer service from the two ladies that work the office is definitely a 5/5 * experience! They’re happy to chat, happy to answer questions, and happy to help you figure out a way to make your storage experience as good as it can be (does anyone like moving? I personally hate it!)

Had the displeasure of dealing with Jaklyn and her piss poor attitude. Not only did I not get the first month free but withing 3 months my price went from $70 to $120. I called to asked what was going on and Jaklyn said 'tbh you've had a piss poor attitude since you've got here. Thn everytime I'm at my unit or other people are at their unit shell come up and beg for a review about her. Definitely never coming back bc of the experience I had with her
