Extra Space Storage

My experience is always excellent. The customer service is fantastic.

So far things are going well with the new take over from Metro Storage to Extra Space Storage. The office staff that I've met so far have been polite and helpful. If things stay this way I will leave the 3 star rating in place should things improve I will gladly give more stars.

Staff not very knowledgeable of registration for out of state vehicles. Think the guy was being lazy and didn’t wanna do paperwork because the store was closing. Complete waste of time.

Excellent customer service and easy to understand terms and payment plans!!!
