Review:
DO NOT RENT HERE! If you are in a unit longer than a few months they will jack up your rate up over 50 percent for no reason while renting new units cheaper than ever. So if you need storage longer than 60 days I would go somewhere other than extra space. I've been using storage units for many years and I've never had a 50 percent rate increase just because. I went from 110 a month to 170 while the same unit to a new customer is less than 40 online. Super shady way to do business guys

The staff at Extra Space Storage was great! I took off 1 star due to the problems I was having with the web reservation process, but the staff worked with me to resolve my problem.
