Extra Space Storage

Disabled veteran and cyber security professional. I would not recommend this facility, gate did not work when I attempted to access my storage. I have never entered the facility yet they have been charging me and calling me. When someone does not access a unit they should never be charged. If they were doing the walk arounds to verify available units, they would have seen the very next morning that the unit was never moved into. I'll be submitting this to the BBB and CFPB.

Way to support your troops, help us veterans find companies that will do right by us and not have us having the ability to focus on our health and not have to keep going back and forth with companies with deceptive practices, misleading marketing, or those that violate the laws, rules and regulations in place.
Lets all be compliant to all laws, rules and regulations with a higher level required to actually serve those that fought for this country.
We have veterans dying and they are under 40, we already have to fight with the VA and others for our entitlements, please do not have us also have to fight again. We served our country honorably and are proud that our contribution helped to keep us safe and protect life, liberty. Please do not take this for granted, we lost a lot of good men and women after 9.11.01. That is not easy, we are happy to be alive but we also struggle with those we lost.
We thank you all for your support in advance, allow us to mourn those we lost, the family we had to leave, the family that passed before we had an opportunity to tell them how much we love them., the family some of us can't have because our service took the ability to become mothers and fathers. Please respect our service, we still want to serve but this type of treatment just reminds us, how hard it is coming back to the civilian world and having to fight. we are tired and in pain, we have real disabilities, stop thinking you can see a disability you can't. thank you to everyone that reads this and please tell one veteran thank you . That could deter them from committing suicide. We have too many under 40, the stresses like these are triggers.
