Best Customer Service that I have seen in a very long time! Couldn’t get my personal lock to unlock, made a phone call, they were there in 10 mins to cut it off for me and even provided me with a new lock free of charge. I was impressed! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED IF YOU HAVE STORAGE NEEDS

I was looking for a new rental location due to downsizing of my old unit and it was getting to be expensive so I contacted extra space storage and spoke to Adam Wahl. He was extremely knowledgeable and understanding of my situation and suggested a smaller unit that fit perfectly. All of my items are nice and snug in my new location. The price was great and Adam was fantastic. I would highly recommend utilizing extra storage in Jeffersonville Indiana.
