Great customer service Taj ( may not be spelling it correctly ) is super helpful and professional.

A mistake had been made on my bill. When I called Storage Express, they were very polie and professional. They researched my billing records and put me in touch with the right person who could approve the necessary adjustment. Everyone I spoke with was apologetic about the error and handled it in a professional manner.

Very easy to move in and out, very polite employees.

It was fine as a storage space, but the monthly rate went from $49, when I started, to $100. I moved my stuff out.
