You will NOT have access to your items 24/7 if you are to need them! They won't allow you in the gate after 10pm until 7am. So if you work a shift that this isn't convenient or might need to get your things at night do not rent here.. That is the frustrating part I don't feel like anyone should deny me access to the things i own. Period. I thought that was why there's a gate with a code to enter. The positive things are the fact ithe facility is gated so helping detour thieves from trying to burgkarize units like I know a lot of ungated places have issues with. The units seem clean and well kept. Various sizes. But the prices can be quite high if you don't get a special or if you only get a deal for a couple months. They make you pay a sign up fee if an extra $30 even if you get more than one unit you gave to pay the $30 on each unit. So that offsets the great deal they make you think you're getting in a price break to begin with. If you don't have your own renters insurance you'll be made to pay insurance through them also. We're on our third month and it costs almost $200 a month now
