Extra Space makes it very difficult to want to continue business there. The elevators typically don't work; the security gate is usually broken and often ajar; the space itself is poorly maintained and often without working lights, and they make it very difficult to process payments both electronically and over the phone. There are preventable challenges around every corner with this place.
