Extra Space Storage

Storage places are just too mid. They need to offer more amenities for what they cost. Put lights inside the units, stop being cheap. Stop trying to nickel and dime the customer. Its a bad business practice and it's annoying. Make sure the humidity is on point too, people are storing furniture no? You can do better.

I always believe that there's room for improvement. They have amazing customer service and we've been storing there for 7+ years, Wilbraham, Ma. We have three storage spaces & if need more, it's where we'll go. Thank you.

I have 2 storage units with Extra space storage at2 different locations and they are a great company. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
