Overall customer service was good and everyone was friendly. The facility was clean and easily accessible. However, the price increases every few months were too stressful for me. I don't have a light in my storage unit and the front gate has been up for over a month. It's frustrating that there's less security now but the price went up? In less than a year my unit almost tripled.

During the first $100 increase after 4 months, one of the employees helped bring it down $30 which I appreciated. However, with the recent price increase, the person on the phone said he understood my concern and would try to assist. When I called back a week later after not hearing back, it sounded like he wasn't as invested in helping and almost forgot the conversation completely. It's really upsetting to have this happen right around the holidays too. Feels like there aren't good companies these days or genuine people that care about each other.
