I had heard so many scary stories about renting a storage unit. When I had to downsize last year, I also checked out the Norwood Location, run by Paul and Robert, the two nicest, most sincere, caring guys in town. I can be forgetful and easily distracted... and if it weren't for Paul, I am sure I would be looking for another space by now. I had asked him to remind me of the payment two days before it was due, just in case.
I love visiting the store because Norbert and Paul are always smiling and happy to see you. I have never seen the inside or counter, which they are working on, unorganized or cluttered. Even the restrooms are spotless.
